Jordan Davis is expecting baby No. 3!

The country singer-songwriter made the heartwarming announcement on Instagram on Thursday (February 23), singing his sentimental anthem, “Next Thing You Know,” as he shares a glimpse of his wife’s growing baby bump and confirms that she’s pregnant with the couple’s third child. The Davis family will “add a few limbs to their family tree” (as the award-winning single, “Buy Dirt,” goes) welcome Baby No. 3 this June, he shared. Davis and his wife, Kristen, are parents to daughter Eloise, 3, and son Locklan, who will be 2 this year. The couple married in 2017.

“We pushed the limits once more. We got another one coming in June,” Davis gushed, per his record label. “I gotta figure out how to not have kids in the summer because I’m usually pretty busy. I don’t know what I was thinking then but, you know I’m so excited. There truly is no greater joy in the world than welcoming a baby, and we don’t know what it is. We’re gonna wait and find out, but (we’re) really excited come June to be bringing home a baby brother or a baby sister to Lock and Eloise. So far Kristen’s been great. Everything looks healthy, you know, we’re just continuing to pray for a safe delivery and looking forward to meeting the little fella or little girl here soon. I’m pumped.”

Davis has recently shared his love for spending time with his wife and kids in through his music. He released Bluebird Days on February 17, packing the project with tons of personal touches throughout the track list. He spoke about his second full-length album — including the personal meaning behind the title, Bluebird Days, and cherishing time with his wife and children — during an appearance on The Bobby Bones Show in November. Davis also shared on Instagram at that time: “A ‘Bluebird Day’ is, not a cloud in the sky, sun shining, north wind, hot coffee, ducks are flying, which I’ve kind of rolled into this kind of moment in my life which feels like that.”
