The new Yellowstone trailer has dropped, and the smash-hit western series promises a season packed with drama — and onstage moments with “Heart Like A Truck” hitmaker Lainey Wilson.
“Power has a price,” the Yellowstone Twitter account reads in a tweet on Thursday (September 29), sharing the one-minute, 37-second trailer of the highly-anticipated forthcoming season. “The official [Yellowstone] season 5 trailer is HERE! See you on Sunday November 13. Don't miss the special two-hour premiere event, only on [Paramount].”
Yellowstone focuses on “a ranching family in Montana (who) faces off against others encroaching on their land,” its description reads on IMDb. The show stars Kevin Costner, Kelly Reilly, Luke Grimes, Wes Bentley and others in the star-studded cast. The hit series premiered in 2018, created by Taylor Sheridan and John Linson, and has only grown with popularity since then.
Wilson joins the cast in season 5 as Abby, and she can be seen briefly in the chilling new trailer as she takes the stage. Wilson previously shared a trailer for the show’s upcoming season, following its tease during the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards last month. She said at the time that she’s “most definitely READY” for the two-hour season premiere in November. Wilson shared the dramatic new trailer on her social media channels on Thursday, gushing in her caption: “Oooohhhh y’all this season is gunna be so good. …Y’all tune in to catch me as Abby.”
