Luke Combs is celebrating two years since tying the knot with his wife Nicole, marking the occasion with a throwback photo from their wedding day. The award-winning country artist said in his sweet anniversary tribute:
“Can’t believe it’s been 2 years since I got to marry this angel. [Nicole Combs] you make everyday of my life better than the one before. I love you so much and I can’t wait for all the good times still to come with you and our little family.”
Combs, 32, and Nicole, 30, welcomed their first child in June. Tex Lawrence Combs made his arrival on Father’s Day (June 19), days before his superstar dad released his latest album, Growin’ Up. Combs shared on his social media channels at the time: “Mama and baby are healthy and we’re back home now with family. Life is good. Everyone welcome Tex Lawrence Combs to the world!”
Nicole, who recently celebrated her 30th birthday, shared that the name Tex Lawrence was inspired by family members. She said on Instagram during her pregnancy that she and Combs had selected “a family name but also pretty unique I think.” Tex is “Luke’s great uncle’s name” and Lawrence “my dad’s name,” she said. Nicole shared a few snapshots on Instagram over the weekend, holding Tex at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia, where Combs performed. The proud parents have also shared a few photos to share what their “days at home” look like as a family of three.
Later in the day, Nicole shared her own anniversary message to her superstar husband: “to a lifetime of happy anniversaries 🤍 I love you & I love doing life with you [Luke Combs].” See her photo below. See Combs’ anniversary post here:
