Brett Eldredge shared an acoustic rendition of one of his soon-to-release songs, and commenters are proving that it’s an instant fan-favorite. Eldredge posted a snippet of “Home Sweet Love,” one of 12 tracks included on his upcoming album, Songs About You. The collection is set to release on June 17.
