Most people know Kelsea Ballerini as a skilled country music artist, and the “HEARTFIRST” singer proved on TikTok that she knows how to dance, too.
“So, I have a little bit more time off the road, off tour, before things start again,” she said with a wink as she removed a pair of sunglasses. “I was thinking, ‘what could I do with my time that would be good for mind, body (and) spirit?’
“And I thought, ‘I did dance for 10 years back in the day,’ and what I loved the most was ballet. I’m taking ballet classes,” Ballerini continued, gushing with an excited giggle. “It’s giving ‘5-year-old,’ it’s giving ‘slick back,’ ‘Ballerini-Ballerina’ (vibes).”
Ballerini showed off her ballerina moves on TikTok, as she attended her lesson at Nashville Ballet.
Ballerini’s latest single is “HEARTFIRST.” She previously shared that it’s the first song she released from her upcoming project “because I feel like it just sets the tone for everything I’m working on right now. It’s very warm, very breezy-feeling, very settled. That’s kind of the tone of the whole project that I’m working on, and I feel like ‘HEARTFIRST’ was the first step into that new world.”
