Twitter users have given Lindsay Ell a new nickname in response to her eye-popping dress that she wore to assume her hosting duties on Canada’s Got Talent. CGT Judge and WWE Hall of Fame Trish Stratus tweeted a photo of Ell — donning a bright green dress with dazzling heels and her hair gathered in a bun — and compared her to a beloved Disney character.

“When our [Canada’s Got Talent] host is literally Tinkerbell,” Stratus captioned. “Looking gorgeous [Lindsay Ell]!!”

That’s when a fan couldn’t resist responding with he hashtag “tinkerELL,” and Ell herself gushed over the reference: “I will officially take this nickname!

Ell further embraced her Canada’s Got Talent look’s resemblance to the Peter Pan character, tweeting a “who wore it better” side-by-side photo.

Along with her new nickname, Ell is celebrating a new single that marks the dawn of a new era for the country artist. She debuted “Right On Time” on April 27, an upbeat anthem that aims to inspire listeners with the message that you can’t be late to the party in your own life!

“I think women spend a lot of time feeling like they might miss their ‘time' in life – their time to be beautiful, to be a mother, to have their dream career, to work their a** off,” Ell explained in a statement, in part.” It’s a constant fear that we might miss the very thing we want by focusing on something else, and I think I’m just done worrying about that. This is a new dawn for me. I’m stepping into my new music, unapologetically feeling that I can be certain I’m right where I want to be.”
