The Academy of Country Music revealed highly-anticipated announcements throughout the day on Thursday (March 3), confirming which song artists will perform at the upcoming 57th ACM Awards.
“In honor of our host [Dolly Parton], we’ll be 🎶 working 9 to 5 🎶 today bringing YOU #ACMawards exclusives. At the top of every hour, we'll reveal a new song name that will be performed during this year's show,” the academy announced Thursday morning, noting that the first performance announcement would be Kelly Clarkson.
Clarkson, who previously announced she would perform a tribute to the show’s legendary host, will deliver “a breathtaking rendition” of Parton’s hit song “I Will Always Love You,” the ACM Awards announced at 9 a.m. Here are the other performances the academy revealed on Thursday:
- Thomas Rhett will perform “Slow Down Summer”
- Brothers Osborne will perform “Skeletons”
- Maren Morris will perform “Circles Around This Town”
- Walker Hayes will perform “Fancy Like” and “AA”
- Brothers Osborne and Brittney Spencer will perform “These Boots Were Made For Walkin’”
- Thomas Rhett and Breland will perform “Praise The Lord”
- Gabby Barrett and Jimmie Allen will perform “Viva Las Vegas” and “Let's Go To Vegas”
The 57th ACM Awards show is hailed as the two-hour “concert event of the year,” set for Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
