Watch: Miranda Lambert Posts Cryptic Teaser, Countdown

Miranda Lambert shared a vague teaser and kicked off a countdown on Thursday (April 30).

“Honey, bring the sugar. I can bring the spice 🤠🪩,” the most-awarded artist in Academy of Country Music history captioned a clip on Instagram. The reel focuses on a vintage TV, with images of Lambert and a snippet of a song strive to emerge through the static. Lambert commented with a link, which appears to count down to Friday, May 15. She has not shared any additional information as of publication time on Friday (May 1).

Most recently, Lambert is featured on “Horses and Divorces,” a duet on fellow Texan Kacey Musgraves’ new studio record after the two artists ended a feud. Lambert also joined reigning iHeartRadio Music Awards New Country Artist of the Year Ella Langley on “Butterfly Season.” The collaboration appears on Langley’s sophomore studio effort, Dandelion, which Lambert co-produced.

The “Gunpowder & Lead” powerhouse’s latest album is Postcards From Texas, a tribute to her home state that arrived in September 2024. Last year, she celebrated the 20th anniversary of her debut album, Kerosene, with a new edition and an unreleased track.
