Brad Paisley delivered a stirring rendition of "The Star-Spangled Banner" before Game 3 of the 2025 World Series at Dodger Stadium on Monday, October 27th. Known for his support of the Los Angeles Dodgers, Paisley has become a familiar face at the postseason games, often coinciding with some of the most memorable and lengthy contests in World Series history.

Paisley's performance set the stage for a thrilling game between the Dodgers and the Toronto Blue Jays. The game extended into extra innings, marking the fourth time a game began with Paisley's anthem performance and ended in extended play. The Dodgers secured a dramatic 6-5 victory with a walk-off home run by Freddie Freeman in the bottom of the 18th inning.

Brad shared his performance on social media, and wrote along with it, "Got to sing the National Anthem for Game 3 of the World Series last night! Go @dodgers!" And the country star's wife jokingly commented that it was his fault the game went into extra innings. She wrote, "Is it your fault it went 18 innings again? Nice of the @dodgers to win for your birthday!" It's Paisley's birthday on October 28th.

This isn't the first time Paisley has been part of such epic games. He also performed before the 18-inning Game 3 in 2018 and the 10-inning Game 1 in 2024, both of which ended in Dodgers victories. While his 2017 performance preceded a loss to the Houston Astros, his presence often seems to bring luck to the Dodgers, albeit with extended suspense.

The Dodgers' win in Game 3 gives them a crucial lead in the series as they aim for another championship title. The series continues with Game 4 scheduled for later this week.
