Lauren Alaina is getting ready to debut a new online series that spotlights powerful women in her life, the country star announced on Wednesday (March 19).
“I am so excited,” Alaina beamed as she made her announcement. “We are starting a new series online called LA Lately where I bring my friends over and chat with them about different things going on in their world. Our first segment is ‘Those Kind Of Women,’ so we’re talking about empowering women in our lives. …It’s a lot of fun.”
Alaina shared the first episode on YouTube on Thursday (March 20), featuring “Happen To Me” artist Russell Dickerson and his wife, Kailey Dickerson.
The first LA Lately segment nods to Alaina’s latest single. The singer-songwriter released the heartfelt ballad with a full circle music video earlier this year. The visual featured Alaina’s mother, and included a surprise pregnancy announcement. Alaina and her husband, Cam Arnold, are expecting Baby No. 1 later this year. She’s since offered sweet glimpses of her daughter’s nursery, the baby shower and more.
Alaina is one of several country stars welcoming a baby into the family in 2025. Others include Cole Swindell, Lady A’s Hillary Scott and Jordan Davis, to name a few. See the list of pregnancy announcements here.
