Kelsea Ballerini replied to an Instagram commenter on Friday (March 14) who asked the singer-songwriter about a tour date that was canceled with no explanation.

Ballerini shared photos from her latest show in Seattle, Washington. The concert took place on Thursday (March 13) as the singer-songwriter continues her first headlining arena tour. Some Instagram users took to the comments to ask Ballerini if she could share additional information about the canceled show in Las Vegas, Nevada, which was supposed to take place on Friday, March 28. Ticket holders who received cancellation notices turned to TikTok and other social media platforms in search of answers. One ticket holder shared a screenshot of an email from AXS confirming the event was canceled. However, neither Ballerini nor the venue, T-Mobile Arena, offered an explanation in a public comment.

“Why did we get Vegas cancelled? I’m literally so sad 🥺,” one of the Instagram users commented on Ballerini’s post on Friday. Ballerini responded, “i’m so sorry, i really am. i’m doing my best out here, i promise. 💔🤍” Though some fans still expressed sadness, some thanked Ballerini for acknowledging the canceled Vegas show.
