It’s almost time for HARDY and his wife, Caleigh Hardy, to meet Baby No. 1.
The country-rock star and his wife announced in mid-October that Caleigh is pregnant with the couple’s first child. About a month later, they posted a gender reveal to announce Baby No. 1 is a girl. They’ve since shared a few milestone moments along the way, including a baby shower that “was something out of a fairytale.” The baby’s due date was on Monday (February 24); however, HARDY said in a video on his Instagram story on Wednesday (February 26) that there’s no sign of her yet.
“We have not gone into labor yet, so we are just hanging out around the house. Our due date was two days ago, so (we’re) just waiting. I went back to a mustache for the dad photos. Wish us luck. Love y’all,” he said.
Caleigh, who married the award-winning artist in October 2022, recently shared photos on Instagram cradling her baby bump. She gushed in her caption: “We can’t wait for you little baby!! This just feels so surreal….I can’t believe you could come at any moment now 🤍” She shared on Wednesday that she remembers “trying so hard to stick my bump out for these photos,” when she posed for the pregnancy announcement photos months ago. “Where does the time go?!”
HARDY is one of several artists welcoming a baby into the family in 2025. Some have already announced their newborn babies’ arrivals, including Dan + Shay’s Shay Mooney, Loretta Lynn’s granddaughter Emmy Russell, and more.
