Nate Smith shared side-by-side photos on Instagram on Monday evening (February 10) to show his 50-pound weight loss transformation.
The “World on Fire” hitmaker wrote in his caption that he’s “50 lbs lighter baby!! Shoutout to [Kyle Smith] for the help! I love you little brother so much.” Smith, 39, followed up with a video on his Instagram story. He said “everyone’s asking how I lost weight,” and briefly addressed the changes he made to reach his health and fitness goals. The singer-songwriter denied using Ozempic or “anything weird like that” to reach his 50-pound weight loss. He said his brother “helped me out quite a bit,” including tracking calories and portion sizes. Smith also invited Instagram users to share their own goals.
On another slide, Smith applauded Kyle Smith for reaching his own goals, and credited him with “believing in me.” Kyle Smith said the reigning Academy of Country Music New Male Artist of the Year “woke up every day on his own and said ‘better today than yesterday,’” and congratulated him on his latest milestone. He commented on Smith's post: “You man. WOW. You look so good. Shout out to [Nate Smith] for doing the woooooorrrrrrk.”
