Tim McGraw Reveals Details About Fitness Routine With Jaw-Dropping Results

Tim McGraw spilled his fitness secrets when he caught up with iHeartRadio’s Amy Brown backstage at one of the iHeartCountry Music Festivals.

McGraw said he’d already worked out once that day, he confirmed when he chatted with Brown about his health and fitness routine. The country star said “on tour it’s different because a little bit more stamina has to be involved when you’re playing every single night and playing long shows, but yeah, I try to keep it to once a day when I’m not touring, touring.” At that time, McGraw said he’d turned “32 for the 20th time.”

McGraw has long been known for his dedication to fitness, especially when he’s on the road. In 2024, McGraw embarked on his headlining “Standing Room Only Tour” with special guest Carly Pearce. Pearce said during an interview on The Kelly Clarkson Show that McGraw “literally is the most humble person.” Pearce posted a video trying to lift a heavy tire that McGraw uses to exercise while he’s on tour, and she said she “bork my back trying to flip it,” though she estimated McGraw could flip the tire the length of a football field. “I was like, ‘OK, cool. Well you keep doing that, and I’ll keep eating cookies on my bus while I watch you work out.’”
