Days after she returned to Yellowstone for the epic Western drama’s season 5B finale, Lainey Wilson shared a video of herself rehearsing her lines.

“Which one’s y’all’s favorite?” Wilson wrote in her caption on Instagram on Tuesday (December 17) as she practiced her lines for the finale. Throughout the clip, Wilson, who played Abby on the show, tries several versions of the line: “Damn, you cowboys. You’ll write poems about a horse, but you can’t tell a woman how you feel.” Ian Bohen, who played Ryan on the show, commented: “This woman is sneaky funny ya’ll. 😂😂”

The highly-anticipated Yellowstone finale aired on Sunday evening (December 15). The show’s Instagram account shared a clip of Wilson performing her Whirlwind single, “Hang Tight Honey,” at a legendary venue in Fort Worth, Texas. Bohen, as Ryan, made his way through the packed crowd at Billy Bob’s. The caption read, “and this is our Super Bowl.”

Yellowstone has followed “a ranching family in Montana (facing) off against others encroaching on their land,” since its premiere in 2018. Wilson made her acting debut on the series in 2022. The show also starred Kelly ReillyWes BentleyCole HauserKelsey Asbille and Kevin Costner, who confirmed his departure from the show earlier this year (and reacted to his character’s fate after the season 5B premiere last month).
