Kelsea Ballerini delivered a dreamy rendition of “White Christmas” when she took the legendary Grand Ole Opry stage in Nashville, Tennessee. The Patterns artist stood in the historic circle wearing a shimmering gown to perform the Christmas classic during Little Big Town’s holiday special.
The award-winning quartet — made up of Karen Fairchild, Kimberly Schlapman, Phillip Sweet and Jimi Westbrook — hosted Little Big Town’s Christmas at the Opry. The two-hour, star-studded special aired on Monday evening (December 16) on NBC, and is streaming on Peacock. The show also included festive performances by Dan + Shay, Sheryl Crow, Kirk Franklin, Josh Groban, Kate Hudson and Orville Peck.
“This is an incredible honor for us, and we are beyond thrilled to share this special evening with viewers and fans across the country,” Little Big Town said in a statement when they announced the holiday show in October. “We've invited some of our dearest friends to join us on stage, and we can't wait for everyone to experience the magic of the holidays at such an incredible venue,” the group added. “After 25 years as a band, we are also excited to release our very first Christmas album, we are thrilled to perform some of those classics during this Special.”
