Wynonna Judd’s daughter has been arrested again after allegedly stealing a church van.
Grace Kelley, 28, faces several charges in connection with the October 27 incident in Albemarle County, Virginia. That includes three counts of felony grand larceny, per reports from PEOPLE and other outlets.
Ground Zero Church of the Nazarene Lead Pastor Kent Hart stated on a GoFundMe page for a replacement van that the vehicle “was damaged during the theft and after being inspected by a body shop, the insurance has determined it to be a total loss.” He said the van is used to transport members of the congregation to and from church, and to haul the church trailer with equipment and cooking supplies needed for Sunday serves. The church meets in rented locations, Hart said. The page has raised nearly 2,900 as of publication time on Monday afternoon (December 2).
Hart noted that Kelley was in police custody, and “we have forgiven Grace Kelley,” following the alleged theft.
Earlier this year, Kelley allegedly exposed herself along a busy highway in Alabama and refused to comply with responding law enforcement officers. She was booked at that time in the Elmore Country Jail in Wetumpka, Alabama. Months later, she was reportedly arrested again on charges of fleeing from an officer, driving on a suspended or revoked license and not using motorcycle equipment property, per previous records. That took place in Carroll County, Georgia.
Judd, 60, shares her daughter and son Elijah Judd, 29, with ex-husband Arch Kelley III. Judd and her ex-husband divorced in the late 90s, and the country star remarried husband Cactus Moser in 2012. She has not publicly commented on her daughter’s arrest as of publication time.
