HARDY Reveals The Brooks & Dunn Anthem That's His Go-To Karaoke Song

HARDY revealed his go-to karaoke selection in a new TikTok shared by Brooks & Dunn on Thursday (October 31).

“If I ever get up and do a song in karaoke, 95% of the time it’s ‘Hillbilly Deluxe.’ I know every world, you know what I mean?” HARDY said. He teams up with the iconic country duo on a new rendition of “HIllbilly Deluxe,” the title track of Brooks & Dunn’s 2005 album, on a project slated to release in the coming weeks. Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn will release their second REBOOT installment, a collection featuring reimagined renditions of their previously-released songs with other artists. HARDY said “the coolest thing about REBOOT is them [Brooks & Dunn] giving these artists their blessing to record a version of their song the way that the artist wants to do it. They brought…the rock n’ roll they loved into their own sound, and that’s pretty much a parallel to what I’m doing.”

HARDY, who recently announced that he and his wife are expecting Baby No. 1, delivers his spin on “Hillbilly Deluxe” on Brooks & Dunn’s forthcoming 18-track collection. REBOOT 2 will arrive on November 15, following the first REBOOT album in 2019.
