The “Country Music Industry’s favorite night” was packed with captivating performances by some of the genre’s longtime mainstays and rising stars during the 17th ACM Honors. The show took place last month and aired on Tuesday evening (September 24).
Carly Pearce returned to host the show for her fourth consecutive year. This time, “Next Thing You Know” artist Jordan Davis joined her. The hummingbird artist told iHeartCountry on the red carpet, which was set up in Robert's Western World, a historic Broadway honky tonk: “I love this event so much. I’m so honored to get to come back for the fourth time, and to do it with somebody who’s been one of my friends since I moved here. We kind of came up together, so it’s really special.”
Pearce and Davis took the stage at the historic Ryman Auditorium in Downtown Nashville, Tennessee, alongside others in the star-studded lineup: Lauren Alaina, Jason Aldean, Lee Ann Womack, Terri Clark, Jackson Dean, Kameron Marlowe, Eric Church, Vince Gill, Emmylou Harris, Tyler Hubbard, Jamey Johnson, Ashley McBryde and Keith Urban.
The 17th ACM Honors included heartfelt tributes to Trisha Yearwood, Lainey Wilson, Tony Brown, Shannon Sanders, Luke Bryan, Walt Aldridge, Alan Jackson, Chris Stapleton and Jessie Jo Dillon. Watch some of the can’t-miss moments from the show below:
