Jon Pardi shared stunning black-and-white photos of his wife, Summer Pardi, on Instagram on Friday morning (August 30).
The post appeared to hint that new music would arrive soon. The Grand Ole Opry star’s caption included lyrics of an unreleased anthem: “She’s a Friday Night Heartbreaker/ Hellraiser/ Game player/ Better do yourself a favor.” Summer shared her husband’s post on her own Instagram story and confirmed it’s “new [Jon Pardi] music,” with a snippet of the song. It wasn’t clear as of publication time when “Friday Night Heartbreaker” would release; however, Pardi’s photos of his wife arrive shortly after he shared a cryptic video that simply stated, “coming soon…”
Pardi’s latest full-length country album is Mr. Saturday Night, a 14-track record that arrived in September 2022. That project included the title track, “Fill ‘Er Up,” “Last Night Lonely,” “Your Heart Or Mine,” “Longneck Way To Go” with Midland, and more. Since then, Pardi teamed up with Luke Bryan on “Cowboys and Plowboys” and debuted a Christmas album last year. Pardi’s next chapter in his music will add to a growing list of career-spanning classics that the California-born artist is known for, including “Dirt On My Boots,” “Heartache Medication,” “Head Over Boots,” “Night Shift,” “Heartache On The Dance Floor,” and more.
