Lauren Alaina, Jason Aldean, Others Join Star-Studded ACM Honors Lineup

Lauren Alaina, Jason Aldean, Lee Ann Womack and other artists joined the star-studded lineup of the 17th ACM Honors. The show is set to take place next week at the historic Ryman Auditorium in Downtown Nashville, Tennessee. 

The Academy of Country Music posted the growing list of performers on Friday (August 16). Hosting duo Carly Pearce and Jordan Davis will both take the stage at the ACM Honors, in addition to Alaina, Aldean, Womack, Terri Clark, Jackson Dean and Kameron Marlowe. Previously-announced performers include Eric Church, Vince Gill, Emmylou Harris, Tyler Hubbard, Jamey Johnson, Ashley McBryde and Keith Urban. Artists will perform tributes to ACM Honorees: Walt AldridgeTony BrownLuke BryanAlan JacksonShannon SandersLainey Wilson and Trisha Yearwood

Pearce is returning for her fourth consecutive year hosting the show, hailed the “Country Music Industry’s favorite night.” She previously said “it’s always an unforgettable night that I look forward to, and I’m excited to have Jordan joining me this year.”

This year, Yearwood and Brown — who played piano for Elvis Presley and produced hit songs for Reba McEntireGeorge Strait and others — will accept the ACM Icon Award. Sanders will receive the ACM Lift Every Voice Award, Bryan will receive the ACM Lifting Lives Award, Jackson and Aldridge will receive the ACM Poet’s Award, Stapleton and Jessie Jo Dillon will receive the ACM Artist-Songwriter of the Year award, and Wilson will receive the Milestone Award and the coveted Triple Crown Award. She qualified for that rare honor when she won Entertainer of the Year at the 59th ACM Awards earlier this year. She’s the first solo woman to earn the Triple Crown in three consecutive years, according to the Academy of Country Music. The 17th ACM Honors will take place on Wednesday, August 21. The show will air on Merit Street on Tuesday, September 24 at 9 p.m. ET / 8 p.m. CT / 6 p.m. PT, per the Academy of Country Music.

Urban is one of many artists taking the stage at the 2024 iHeartRadio Music Festival, returning to the T-Mobile Arena stage on September 20 and 21 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Other artists in the genre-spanning lineup include Big SeanCamila CabelloDoja CatGwen StefaniHozier, Thomas Rhett, New Kids on the BlockParamoreShaboozeyThe Black CrowesVictoria Monét, and more. Ryan Seacrest will host the two-day festival.
