Brooks & Dunn shared a video of Post Malone’s recent cover of “Brand New Man,” the duo’s early 90s hit that’s remained one of the most iconic anthems of their career.
Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn said “love ya brother,” in a message to Post Malone when they posted the video on Instagram on Thursday (August 15). Post’s cover of the Brooks & Dunn anthem arrives shortly before he’s set to release his own highly-anticipated country project, F-1 Trillion. The 18-track album is due on Friday (August 16).
Post Malone delivered his debut performance at the historic Grand Ole Opry on Wednesday evening (August 14) in Nashville, Tennessee. The star-studded show also included performances with Vince Gill, Brad Paisley, John Michael Montgomery, Lainey Wilson and The War and Treaty. Post included the first-ever live renditions of some of the songs on F-1 Trillion that have yet to release. He released “I Had Some Help” with Morgan Wallen, “Pour Me A Drink” with Blake Shelton and “Guy For That” with Luke Combs in recent months ahead of the album’s debut.
