Russell Dickerson delivered a heartfelt tribute to his wife with the single he debuted on Friday (July 12).
The Tennessee-born singer-songwriter shared a photo from his wedding day with his wife, Kailey Dickerson, in the hours before he released âBones.â Dickerson teams up with Chase McGill, Chris LaCorte and Parker Welling to write it. Kailey wrote in a comment on Instagram sheâll ânever not be obsessed with this song.â The Dickersons tied the knot in 2013, and have since welcomed two young sons, Remington Edward, who turns 4 in September, and Radford Arthur, who will celebrate his first birthday in October.
âBonesâ follows Dickersonâs 5-track Ride the Wave Summer Collection, âGood Day To Have A Great Day,â The Afterparty Deluxe and other projects. The single also adds to Dickersonâs growing list of career-spanning hits that offer an infectious energy, including âGod Gave Me A Girl,â âLove You Like I Used To,â âBlue Tacoma,â âYours,â âEvery Little Thing,â âHome Sweetâ and many more.
Dickerson is joining Sam Hunt on his headlining âLocked Up Tour,â along with Dalton Dover and George Birge. The tour kicked off in late June and spans through late September. See the list of tour stops below, and listen to Dickerson's newest single here:
