Martina McBride is celebrating her youngest daughter's birthday by sharing a sweet message and a rare photo of the mother-daughter duo together.
The "This One's For The Girls" singer took to her Instagram this week to share a loving tribute to her daughter Ava to celebrate her turning 19. Alongside a heartwarming tribute to her youngest child — whom she shares with husband John McBride in addition to daughters Delaney, 29, and Emma, 26 — McBride shared a black and white throwback photo capturing her gazing at her daughter when she was younger, per People.
The post also included a newer rare photo of the pair taken recently as they posed together at a restaurant, with McBride's lookalike daughter holding her mom close with an arm around her shoulders while they both smile for the camera.
"This girl turned 19 a few days ago," McBride wrote in the caption. "My girl. I love you Ava. I love all the stuff we do together... all the kitchen hangs, the trips to the veggie stand, the talks, the laughs. How we are deeply connected in all the ways big and small. You are wonderfully made. ❤️"
The "Concrete Angel" singer spoke with fellow country star Sara Evans on the latter's Diving in Deep podcast about their experiences growing their careers in the music industry while also raising families and how their careers have evolved over the years.
