Luke Bryan shared a sweet love story reminiscent of his own story with his wife, Caroline Bryan, in the music video that premiered on Thursday (June 27).

“Love You, Miss You, Mean It” tells the story of a young couple remaining connected to one another when they move away to college after graduating high school. Bryan released the song — written by Rhett AkinsBen HayslipJordan Minton and Jacob Rice — in early April, following the debut live performance during the 2024 Country Radio Seminar (CRS) on February 29. Bryan streamed the first performance of “Love You, Miss You, Mean It” on his social media pages when he took the stage at the historic Ryman Auditorium stage in Downtown Nashville, Tennessee.

“This song was special from the first time I heard it,” Bryan previously said in a statement of the heartfelt anthem that reminds him of his own story with Caroline. “I knew it would resonate. It’s about young love and that whole process of trying to make relationships work through the on again and off again cycles. My wife and I went through that journey during college and I know a lot of people out there have too.”
