Little Big Town took over the CMT Award's stage with Sugarland to debut their catchy new collab, "Take Me Home," live for the first time ever on Sunday, April 7th. The performance stands out as Little Big Town's Karen Fairchild, Kimberly Schlapman, Phillip Sweet, and Jimi Westbrook's thirteenth time playing at the award show, and Sugarland's Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush's first CMT performance together since 2011!
The GRAMMY-award winning duo are former “Breakthrough Video of the Year” winners, seizing the award in 2005 for “Baby Girl." Little Big Town currently hold the title for the most “Group Video of the Year'' awards in show history with a whopping 25 nominations!

Both groups stunned in dazzling fits on the red carpet together before the show, detailing the collaboration and accidentally announcing that they would be embarking on a co-headlining Take Me Home Tour later this year. Little Big Town expressed their excitement for the highly-anticipated tour on Instagram stating:
"25 years of music and we can’t wait to celebrate it with you!"
