Katelyn Brown shared photos of the heartwarming moment she joined her husband, award-winning artist Kane Brown, on stage, and brought the couple’s eldest child on stage with her. Kingsley Rose, 4, stole the spotlight when she joined her parents during their performance of “Thank God” last week in Nashville, Tennessee.

The couple’s eldest daughter held her mother’s hand as she walked on stage in her dress and sneakers. Kingsley Rose hugged her dad, who said into the mic, “I didn’t know you were coming out here!” Kane picked Kingsley up as Katelyn, cradling her growing baby bump, performs her verse in the husband-and-wife duo’s romantic, award-winning duet. Katelyn, tagging Nashville- and New York City-based photographer Angelea on Instagram, gushed that she “forgot to post these last week ! 🥹💓” The performance took place during the 2024 Country Radio Seminar (CRS) week in Music City.

One snapshot also shows Katelyn smiling as she holds Kodi Jane, 2, the couple’s youngest daughter who will become the middle child of the family later this year. Some fans have wondered why Kodi didn’t join the rest of the family on stage; however, Kane shared in a recent interview on the Jennifer Hudson Show that Kodi isn’t as comfortable in the spotlight as big sister Kingsley.

“My oldest is a queen,” Kane said when host Jennifer Hudson asked whether his kids are musical, too. “(She loves) makeup, heels… She gets on stage, she sings every song, she does this walk like a model walk, she’s shaking her hips. My youngest, Kodi, (is) strong as can be. (She’s) not really girly at all, but tries to do everything her sister does. She’ll dance and sing, but the minute you say ‘go Kodi,’ she just starts crying.”

Kane also noted that Katelyn feels “nervous every time” she joins him on stage to perform “Thank God,” the duet they released on Kane’s 2022 album, Different Man. “But she says I hold her together, which, I mean, she’s got the most incredible voice. So, I don’t even have to — I mean, babe, you’re gonna kill it every time.”

Kane and Katelyn revealed on Christmas Day that they’re expecting Baby No. 3 (Kane recalled the moment his wife told him she's pregnant during a stop on the Bobby Bones Show). Katelyn recently showed her growing baby bump as she marked the halfway point in her pregnancy. The Browns shared a video of their sweet gender reveal, capturing the moment they discovered that Baby No. 3 will the first boy of the family. Katelyn recently shared on her Instagram story that she “would love to be there [on Kane’s headlining ‘In The Air Tour’] as much as I can handle,” when she’s pregnant with her son.

“I was the only one that felt like it was a boy because, like I said, we were done. I was like, this is God telling me that this is your son,” Brown shared during his interview on the Jennifer Hudson Show. “It was a boy, but it was funny because my house manager, her name’s Poppy… She was the only one that knew the gender reveal, so she brought the cake out, and Kodi, my youngest, was upstairs taking a nap and we felt bad that she wasn’t going to be in the video. So, (Poppy) was like, ‘oh, it’s OK, we can have her later take a picture in blue.’ So I was like, ‘you just told me it was a boy!’ So then she freaks out, and she’s like, ‘what did I say?’ Then she took my nanny into the pantry, and then she comes back out and she says, ‘oh, no, I didn’t ruin it.’ So, then I’m thinking I’m having a girl, so then my emotions are everywhere. …I’m so happy. It’s gonna be so fun.”
