Hailey Whitters unexpectedly had to deal with a bat in her toilet.
The “Everything She Ain’t” artist posted a video on Instagram, explaining that she “woke up this morning (and) there’s a bat in the toilet.” Wide-eyed, Whitters cut to a shot of her bathroom as she and a friend lifted the lid of the toilet to reveal the bat (and gave some Instagram commenters major nostalgia by playing the song “My Name Is Batty,” a rap by voice actor Robin Williams in the animated 1992 film, FernGully: The Last Rainforest).
Whitters wrote in her caption that she “was able to get in for a quick rabies shot before leaving for tour tomorrow don’t worry it’s ok I’m fine everything’s fine 🥴”
Whitters is keeping a full schedule with a lengthy list of tour dates spanning through 2024, including headlining shows, festivals and performances with Luke Combs, Dan + Shay and Jason Aldean. Whitters posted dozens of tour stops on Instagram last month. Most recently, she kicked off Dan + Shay’s headlining “Heartbreak On The Map Tour,” with the next show slated for Thursday night (March 7) in Austin, Texas. The I’m In Love hitmaker is stopping in Nashville, Tennessee; Boston, Massachusetts; Jacksonville, Florida; Glendale, Arizona; Salt Lake City, Utah; Los Angeles, California; Cincinnati, Ohio; Bend, Oregon; Macon, Georgia, and many other destinations throughout the year.
