Kenny Chesney announced an added tour stop with Megan Moroney as he gears up for his headlining “Sun Goes Down 2024 Tour,” kicking off this spring. Chesney deemed, “it wouldn’t be summer without” an amphitheater tour stop.

Chesney is slated to play the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, a venue located in The Woodlands near Houston, Texas, on May 9. Tickets will be available to the general public on Friday (February 2), per Chesney's announcement on Monday (January 29).

The “Sun Goes Down 2024 Tour” kicks off on April 20 in Tampa, Florida. Chesney is set to stop in North Carolina, Georgia, California, Tennessee and other destinations before coming to a close with three back-to-back shows in August in Foxborough, Massachusetts. The tour also includes special guests Zac Brown Band and Uncle Kracker.

Earlier this month, Chesney announced highly-anticipated details about his next full-length studio album, Born. The country star’s new project is set to make its debut on March 29, just before the “Sun Goes Down 2024 Tour” begins. See the full list of dates below.
