After revealing she’s pregnant with a baby boy, Katelyn Brown fielded a few questions on her Instagram story on Tuesday night (January 9). One Instagram user wanted to know whether she and her husband, genre-blending country hitmaker Kane Brown, would stick with a name that begins with a “K” for their baby boy.
Kane and Katelyn are parents to daughters Kingsley Rose, who turned 4 in October, and Kodi Jane, who turned 2 on December 30. One of Katelyn’s Instagram followers asked, “Are you going to stick with the letter K for boy names? Are your girls excited?”
“Absolutely! We’ve committed and can’t stop now,” Katelyn wrote in her response, adding a laughing emoji. “We have a good idea of the name but would love to hear more! Feel free to share !!”
Katelyn, who said her third pregnancy feels “the exact same” as her previous two so far, dropped her jaw during the gender reveal. She and Kane posted the video on Instagram on Tuesday evening. They dug into a cake, which turned out to be blue, to reveal that they’re expecting their first baby boy.
Kane and Katelyn — one of several country couples expecting a baby in 2024 — announced Katelyn’s pregnancy with Baby No. 3 on Christmas Day.
