Pregnant Jessie James Decker is getting ready to welcome her fourth child, but she is also dealing with "unbearable" pain that has left her unable to sleep.

The "I'm Gonna Love You" singer took to her Instagram Stories on Thursday (December 21) to share a photo of herself wearing a black wrist brace and detailing that she is experiencing carpal tunnel so painful that she feels it "throbbing" all the way to her shoulders. According to the Mayo Clinic, carpal tunnel syndrome is caused by pressure on the median nerve that can cause numbness, tingling and weakness in the hand and arm.

"This is getting unbearable, it's shooting up/ throbbing up to my shoulders now," she wrote, adding, "I can't sleep because I can't sleep on my side with carpal tunnel. Can't sleep on my back because I'm pregnant. I'm literally sleeping upright. Just makes me feel so sorry for people who live like this on a daily basis."

Decker is currently expecting her fourth child with husband and former NFL star Eric Decker, with the little one set to join the family alongside older siblings Vivianne, Eric Jr. and Forrest. The Decker The Halls singer recently sparked speculation about the sex of their baby, with a festive photo she shared causing fans to guess whether she is having a boy or girl. Many commenters believed the pic indicated that they will soon add a baby boy to the family, and Decker confirmed the rumors days later during an appearance on Today With Hoda & Jenna, per E! News.
