Olivia Evans is engaged!
The singer-songwriter posted a sweet photo with her new fiancé, model Blake Irwin, on Instagram on Tuesday (November 21) to publicly announce the news. The snapshot captures the newly-engaged couple sitting side by side on a blanket in Texas, donning matching black cowboy hats and holding champagne glasses in celebration. They caption the photo: “Future Mr. and Mrs. Irwin 🤍”
Country superstar and recently-inducted member of the Grand Ole Opry Sara Evans, the mother of the bride-to-be, comments “love y’all!,” on the Instagram post. She also shared the photo on her Instagram story with a series of three red heart emojis and gushed, “we are so happy!” Others, including the bride-to-be’s sister Audrey Evans, also wrote congratulatory comments in honor of the newly-engaged couple.
Olivia describes herself as a “sparkling juxtaposition” as she introduces herself on her website, noting that she was “born country music royalty” but learned to sing with inspiration from Beyoncé, and continues to span genres in her music and as a listener. She “can go from listening to Patsy Cline to Eminem in an hour. I’m so open to everything.” She hails her mother, the “Born To Fly” icon, her “best friend.” See the engagement photo here:
