Thomas Rhett shared an update after a concertgoer needed medical help at his show over the weekend at Bridgestone Arena in Downtown Nashville, Tennessee. The country star reportedly took a break from performing during his Saturday night show (September 30), and instead sat on the edge of the stage to comfort the group of nearby fans and lead the arena in a prayer for the man, Terry, and his family.
“I’m thankful to report that Terry, who needed medical attention at last night’s show in Nashville, is home and doing well,” Rhett shared in a heartfelt statement on his Instagram story on Sunday (October 1). “He and his family appreciate all the prayers! Love y’all so much.”
Rhett wrapped up his “Home Team Tour 23” on Saturday, ending his months-long, nationwide tour with back-to-back nights in Nashville. Rhett brought Cole Swindell and Nate Smith along as special guests on the tour, and celebrated the release of his new 22-track collection, 20 Number Ones, during the tour’s final weekend. Rhett released a collection of career-spanning No. 1 hits, including It Goes Like This,” “Die A Happy Man,” “T-Shirt,” “Graving You” featuring Maren Morris,” “What’s Your Country Song,” and many other fan-favorites. The album made its debut on Friday (September 29).
