Cole Swindell shared a heartwarming tribute to his fiancée as he celebrated her birthday on Tuesday (August 29). The “She Had Me At Heads Carolina” star posted a few photos with Courtney Little on Instagram, and wrote in his caption:
“Happy Birthday, Court!! We have a big year ahead of us and I hope it’s your best one yet! So lucky to have you in my life. Love you and can’t wait to celebrate YOU ❤️”
“Love you so much!!! First and last birthday engaged 😍 let’s get marrrrieeedddd!!” Little gushed in the comments (along with many other birthday tributes celebrating the bride-to-be).
Swindell announced earlier this year that he’d popped the question and “she said ‘YES’!” The reigning iHeartRadio Music Awards Country Song of the Year winner — for his smash-hit single inspired by Jo Dee Messina's iconic 90s anthem — previously featured his now-fiancée in some of his music videos, including the one for “Broken,” and in his “Some Habits” music video (which he said on The Bobby Bones Show in 2021 was kind of their first official date). Little said after the couple’s engagement that she’s “never been so happy!” See Swindell’s birthday tribute to his fiancée here:
