Jordan Davis has had quite a year.

The “Next Thing You Know” star debuted his latest full-length studio album, Bluebird Days, at the beginning of the year, and since then, he’s witnessed his heartfelt singles hitting No. 1 and sincerely resonating with audiences. Davis has been on the road directly supporting Dierks Bentley on his “Gravel & Gold Tour” in support of his 10th full-length studio album. When the tour comes to an end on on Saturday (August 26), Davis will quickly switch gears to his headlining “Damn Good Time Tour,” which spans through late October.

Davis is facing a full schedule head-on while balancing family life, particularly with a new baby at home. He and his wife, Kristen, welcomed Baby No. 3 in June, joining big sister Eloise and big brother Locklan, 3 and a half and nearly 2 years old respectively.. The Louisiana native gushed at the time: “God is good! My son Elijah Patrick is in the world…His momma did incredible in getting him here and we hope to get him home to his brother and sister soon.”

“Life’s pretty crazy right now, especially in like where we’re at in the touring season,” Davis recently shared of his balance between work and family life, per his record label. “I mean, it’s just like the throes of touring, so it’s like you’re gone from home 100+ dates, most of the time 150, and that’s half the year you don’t get to see the kiddos. And I think too, even my son who’s about to turn two, they change so much in this era, in that first year of life, you know and now the second. You leave for a week, you come back and he’s got five new words. It just changes so quick, and you can’t get those moments back. Baby number three kind of heightened the antennas for an idea like ‘Next Thing You Know,’ my kids are gonna be 18 and going to college.”

Davis is set to kick off his “Damn Good Time Tour” on August 31. Special guests on select stops include Avery AnnaGabby BarrettDanielle BradberyFlatland CavalryGreylan JamesDylan MarloweKameron MarloweJameson RodgersMike RyanConner Smith and Georgia Webster. Find his upcoming tour dates here.
