Adam Doleac shared a glimpse into the life he has with his wife, Mackinnon, in the romantic music video for the song that serves as a “love letter” to her. Doleac debuted a heartwarming video for “Biggest Fan” on Wednesday (July 26) using footage from the couple’s wedding day last December.
Doleac released the sweet song last month, fittingly, as he and Mackinnon celebrated their six-month wedding anniversary. Shortly before “Biggest Fan” released, Doleac reflected on his wedding day as he shared some stunning snapshots from the ceremony, captured by photographer Ali Bonomo. He said at the time that it’s it’s “pretty cool having hundreds of photos of the best day of my life.”
“She has to put so much time and effort into kind of supporting this dream of mine,” Doleac recently told iHeartRadio. “She always tells me that she’s my biggest fan. …I just flipped it around and said, I’d stay all night watching you in the bright lights, like she does for me, if that’s what you wanted to do. And I’d wait in line, and I’d go through the whole thing for her, too. …She loves the song, so we actually made the cover out of a photo of us, the night after our wedding, so it’s pretty cool.”
“I'd stay all night watching you in the bright lights/ Put my hands up for a little bit of your love/ ’Til our last dance, nobody's gonna love you like I can, no/ Don't you know, baby, I'm your biggest fan?”
Doleac told iHeartRadio that he hopes “Biggest Fan” will resonate with listeners, whether it reminds them of their significant others or another person who offers their unconditional support. He said at the time that it’s important to have “people in our corner to cheer for us when we need them,” including a close friend, a parent, a sibling or any other “Biggest Fan.”
