Chris Janson unleashed his long-awaited new studio album to kick off the weekend on Friday (June 16), releasing all 14 tracks to country music listeners eager to hear Th Outlaw Side Of Me.
Janson’s latest full-length project is packed with songs that spotlight his soulful country sound, made stronger with a few star-studded collaborations. The “Buy Me A Boat” star joined forces with Brantley Gilbert (“Hank The Hell Out of The Honkytonk”), Darius Rucker (“Every Day of the Week”), and Rock & Roll Hall of Famers Dolly Parton and Slash (“21 Forever”), which Janson previously deemed his “absolute biggest collaboration to date.”
Janson released “21 Forever” earlier this year, following the release of another track on the album, “Tap That,” as the perfect way to celebrate National Beer Day (April 7). His fans will also undoubtedly recognize “All I Need Is You.” The latest offering from Jason follows his full-length album that released in April 2022, All In. That 16-track collection included “You, Me & The River” with Eric Church, “Halfway To Crazy” featuring Rhett Akins, “Things You Can’t Live Without” with Travis Tritt, “Keys To The Country” and other fan-favorite highlights.

“From the minute I started this album, 'til the minute we finished, I enjoyed every second,” Janson previously said in a press release. “This album encompasses all sides of me! The lover, the party guy, the conservationist, the family man and of course, the rowdy side. I love the songs, the imaging and had a good time making the music. I hope you all enjoy The Outlaw Side of Me - my favorite album, to date.”
Janson, who recently celebrated The Outlaw Side Of Me at the historic Grand Ole Opry, is set to perform some of his new music live at his iHeartCountry Album Release Party. He’ll also talk about the album and answer a few questions during a special Q&A hosted by iHeartRadio's Wayne D.
