Shania Twain joined forces with Tanya Tucker and Wynonna Judd for an epic finale to her âQueen of Me Tourâ stop in Nashville, Tennessee. The trio of country megastar performed Twainâs iconic 90s anthem, âMan! I Feel Like A Woman!,â at GEODIS Park, marking an unforgettable end to the first-ever concert to be held at the venue.
Twain headlined the first show hosted at Nashville CSâs new home, which opened in 2022. Itâs âone of the premier sports and entertainment destinations in the United States,â becoming the largest soccer-specific stadium in the U.S. and Canada with 30,000 seats. The history-making concert also featured special guests Breland and Kelsea Ballerini, who both joined Twain on stage during her headlining set. Twain took the stage wearing her stunning original outfit from the âMan! I Feel Like A Woman!â music video, speaking about it as an old friend who deserved a âsecond life.â
âTalking about friends, I have a new friend in my life⌠she is an icon n my music career, an influence, since Iâve been a small child,â Twain continued. â(I) Only wish my parents could see this moment thatâs coming because they just wouldnât believe it, just like I cant believe it. Itâs a dream come true (to perform with) one of my absolute heroes, Tanya Tucker!
âI grew up singing Tanya Tucker, I dreamt of being Tanya Tucker one day. Never thought Iâd be standing up here with you,â Twain told the soon-to-be Country Music Hall of Famer. But the collaborative performance didnât end there. Twain continued: âWhat I was thinking was, since I grew up on three part harmonies, I like to make everything I write sound like a bluegrass song before I ever record it. Thatâs the honest truth.â
To complete the three-part harmony, Twain called Judd to the stage.
The unexpected guests showed that Twain didnât hold back when she teased on Instagram, âMan! I Feel Like A Woman about to play the first ever stadium show at [GEODIS Park] in Nashville tonight!! Whoâs coming?? Weâve got some surprises planned đđđ¤ .â Tucker and Judd added to a list of celebrities who attended Twainâs highly-anticipated show, including Lindsay Ell, Carly Pearce, Russell Dickerson and others.
Twainâs ongoing tour includes Ballerini, Breland, Ell Hailey Whitters, Robyn Ottolini, Priscilla Block, and Mickey Guyton on select dates. The global trek supports Twainâs latest project, Queen of Me, a 12-track collection that marks an empowering era in her music.
âI wrote this album from a place of feeling good within myself - I wanted music that got me up dancing and lifted my spirits!â Twain previously shared.. âI think the fact that I recorded this album with so many good hearted and talented people only amplified that! I hope the album brings you joy and empowers you to feel good in your own skin!â
