Maddie & Tae shared the perfect gift in time for wedding season.
The award-winning power duo debuted a new version of their romantic ballad, “Strangers,” featuring just the stunning instrumental track. The heartwarming song is one that has been widely requested. Maddie & Tae wrote as they shared the new version of the song (along with footage from Maddie Font and Taylor Kerr’s actual wedding days): “Over the last year, we’ve loved seeing how you’ve connected with ‘Strangers’. We’re so so happy that you now have a Wedding Edition! 🤍 Let us know if you use it for your special day!”
“Strangers” was one of the fan-favorite tracks that appeared on the duo’s Through The Madness project, which released in two parts in 2022. The first 8-track installment, Through The Madness Vol. 1, included “Strangers” on it: “How were we ever strangers?/ Seems crazy to me now/ Haven't I known you forever?/ ‘Cause the thought of the days without/ You and all your love/ Have all but disappeared/ I’ll never be convinced, baby, that you weren't always here/ How were we ever strangers?”
