Kane Brown is gearing up for more “Drunk Or Dreaming Tour” dates this weekend, but this time, his wife Katelyn Brown won’t travel with him. Katelyn, who joins her superstar husband on the romantic duet “Thank God,” shared an update to fans on her Instagram story on Wednesday afternoon (May 17), explaining that “mom duties” would keep her at home for a few days.

Katelyn said in her update that the couple’s older daughter, Kingsley Rose, 3, had a fever, so she would stay home to care for her. She told fans that she “will not be at the shows this weekend. Kingsley girl has a little bit of a fever and is not feeling well, and mom duties always come first. So, this is where I will be, taking care of my baby. So, you guys sing extra loud with Kane this weekend and I’m sorry I won’t be there. But y’all are gonna have so much fun. Me and Kane just thought it would be a good idea for me to just jump on here and let y’all know our situation this weekend and please send good vibes our way for Kingsley, that she feels better soon.”

Kane, who delivered a heartfelt performance with Katelyn at the iHeartCountry Festival over the weekend, is set to perform in Montana this weekend with Dustin Lynch. His tour spans into early August with special guests varying in each city.
