Thomas Rhett’s cutest “team” gave him the best gift as he hits the road on his months-long tour, stopping in dozens of cities nationwide. The “Where We Started” hitmaker posted several photos of colorful handwritten notes from his four young daughters.

“My team trying to make me cry first night of tour… sheesh,” Rhett captioned the photos of the sweet, vibrantly-colored messages from his kids, reading “we are so proud of you daddy,” “I love you,” and more, along with personalized drawings. One of them is from all four of his daughters, and each one signed an individual drawing. Rhett and his wife, Lauren Akins, are parents to Willa Gray (7), Ada James (5), Lennon Love (3) and Lillie Carolina, who turned 1 in November.

Rhett is set to kick off his “Home Tour 23” on Thursday night (May 4), in Des Moines, Iowa, at Wells Fargo Arena. The nationwide trek stretches into September, when Rhett will perform back-to-back nights at Bridgestone Arena in Downtown Nashville, Tennessee. He’s bringing previous tour mate Cole Swindell and rising star Nate Smith on the “Home Team” tour.

“Being on the road is one of my favorite places to be,” Rhett previously said in a press release. “I can’t wait to see the joy on y’alls faces next year and with my buddies Cole Swindell and Nate Smith. We’re definitely gonna have a good time."
