Tenille Arts gushed that her “wildest dreams are coming true,” teaming up with LeAnn Rimes for a reimagined version of one of her latest ballads. Arts and Rimes released their stunning duet of “Jealous of Myself” on Friday (April 14).

The release comes shortly after Arts teased a mystery duet partner on her social media channels, prompting her fans to cast guesses as to who joined her on the track. Many Instagram users dropped eager comments for the Rimes collaboration, including one who wrote, “WHAT A POWER COMBO.” Arts said Rimes is her “hero” when she officially revealed the Grammy Award-winning powerhouse as her duet partner, saying that she’s “honestly feeling jealous of myself right now 😭🥺🖤”

Arts joined Rimes as a special guest on stage during the god’s work superstar’s headlining show at the historic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee. The two artists teamed up for a rendition of Rimes’ 1990s smash-hit ballad, “Blue.” Arts said in an Instagram caption after the April 8 performance that “it’s hard to put into words what Saturday meant to me. [LeAnn Rimes], you’re truly one of a kind. Thank you for inviting me to sing ‘blue’ with you at [the Ryman]. I’ve been crying ever since. I love you so much. Little Tenille wouldn’t even know what to do with herself (and honestly I don’t either). My hero. 💙🥹”
