Bailey Zimmerman reminisced on a meaningful relationship that didn’t work out in the teaser of “Religiously,” a new song he posted on Instagram. The snippet sees Zimmerman looking at pictures that bring back memories, seeing his ex happy with the life she wanted, even though it isn’t with him. Zimmerman sings that, years later, he’s experienced other breakups; however, none of them have impacted him the same way.
“RELIGIOUSLY💔 WHAT DO YALL THINK🤔 🔥 or 🗑️,” Zimmerman captioned the reel, prompting comments from fans eager to hear the full song. Commenters wrote, “🔥🔥 I bet that chorus will hit 👀,” “Album time👀,” and “I’m already crying 😭 ❤️,” to name a few. Others gushed that they couldn’t wait to see Zimmerman perform live at one of his upcoming concert dates.
Zimmerman is part of the all-star iHeartCountry Festival lineup on May 13, at Moody Center in Austin, Texas.
