Summer Pardi has been sharing the sweetest memories from a recent celebration as she and her superstar husband, Jon Pardi, prepare to welcome their first child in early 2023. Summer’s latest Instagram post is a stunning snapshot of the parents-to-be, with the “Last Night Lonely” artist wearing a signature cowboy hat and denim, and Summer glowing in a gorgeous pink gown. She gushed: “Can’t wait to meet our little girl 💕”
“Thought we were just having a fun little ‘friends hang’ to celebrate Baby Pardi but @aliiix made it such a beautiful, special night for us 😭💗 there’s truly nothing better than hometown visits with friends and family and this little girl is already so loved,” Summer previously shared, along with a few photos from the party, decorated with pink balloons, desserts, table settings and more. “Can’t wait for the next visit home when she’s here 💕”
Jon and Summer shared their gender reveal in October, announcing that their daughter would arrive in “February 2023… our little Pardi, party of 3.” The couple first announced that they would soon become a “Pardi of 3” in September.
Summer also shared a heartwarming clip that captured the moment she told Jon that she was pregnant, though she said he didn’t seem to understand what she was telling him at first. Summer brought her husband to the couple’s new boat under the guise that she’d found a scratch on it, and instead, there was a “baby on board” sign and a positive pregnancy test. Once Jon realized the news, he was immediately excited about becoming a father: “he thought i was just making fun of him because the boat was his new baby,” Summer shared at the time, but “5 minutes later he was blasting baby shark in the kitchen, already thriving hahah.”
