After posting a few teasers on his social media channels, Brantley Gilbert finally revealed something he’s been working on… The country singer-songwriter announced on Wednesday (November 2) that he’s releasing his new song, “Heaven By Then,” next week. It’s a song with Blake Shelton featuring Vince Gill.

Gilbert said “Heaven By Then” will release on Thursday, November 10. He also added a teaser, as he shared a brief snippet of the soon-to-release song: “... and there might just be more surprises in store. 😉”

Gilbert’s Instagram followers gushed in the comments that they could hardly wait for the new song with Shelton and Gill, and some even dropped hopeful guesses that the “One Hell of an Amen” would possibly announce a new album soon. Among other comments, fans wrote: “OMG!!!! There is no one better than Blake and Brantley!!!!! I can't wait!!!,” “Brantley and Blake are literally two of my favorite new country artists so Holy mother of God this is incredible,” and “I CANNOT WAIT!!! ❤️”

Previously, Gilbert shared a clip of the song — without revealing that he teamed up with Shelton and Gill to record it — and posed a question to his fans, the “BG Nation”: “Should we release it?” Shelton replied in the comments, as well as HARDY (“Yes. The answer is yes.”) and hundreds of others. Listen to the teaser here:
