Tim McGraw teamed up with Guy Fieri to help fundraise for a few organizations, including the one named in honor of the country star’s father, late MLB player Tug McGraw.

“Great weekend at the [Wine Country Weekend] show and softball game with [Guy Fieri]!” McGraw captioned a few photos as he recapped the event. “We raised money for great charities…and I realized my shortstop skills have disappeared! Thanx to all who came out and participated.”

Likewise, Fieri posted a series of photos on Instagram as he relived the “EPIC” weekend, thanking those who made it happen — including his “brutha,” McGraw — and tagged the Guy Fieri Foundation and the Tug McGraw Foundation.

Wine Country Weekend joined the Guy Fieri Foundation, Neighbor's Keeper and the Tug McGraw Foundation for the two-day “Food, Heroes, Softball, and Music” event with the country hitmaker and the celebrity chef: “Our goal is to honor, raise funds and bring further awareness to support the brain health and wellness for veterans, first responders, healthcare professionals and their families that benefit from the Guy Fieri Foundation, Neighbor’s Keeper and the Tug McGraw Foundation each year.”

The Tug McGraw Foundation aims to offer resources, education and brain wellness programs in honor of the late MLB player, who was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2003 and died the following year. He was 59. The Guy Fieri Foundation is a nonprofit organization that “uses food, cooking, and education to support, uplift, and encourage our communities.”
