Jon Pardi's Wife Summer Shares Heartwarming Gender Reveal

It’s a girl!

Summer Pardi shared her long-awaited gender reveal in a clip on her social media channels on Monday morning (October 17). The heartwarming reel begins in black and white as she reflects on the moment she told her superstar husband, Jon Pardi, that she’s pregnant. It bursts into vibrant color as it moves on to show Summer wearing stunning pink gowns that highlight her growing baby bump.

“BABY PARDI, IT’S A GIRL,” an all-caps announcement reads at the end of Summer’s reel. The proud parents will welcome their first child in just a few months: "February 2023… our little Pardi, party of 3.”

Summer told Jon about the pregnancy by pretending that she’d found a scratch on the back of the couple’s new boat. When Jon went to examine the boat, there was a “baby on board” sign and Summer’s positive pregnancy test taped to it. She admitted that Jon didn’t seem to get it at first: “he thought i was just making fun of him because the boat was his new baby,” she wrote in her caption as she shared a video of that moment, but “5 minutes later he was blasting baby shark in the kitchen, already thriving hahah.”

Jon and Summer confirmed to PEOPLE that they would become a “Pardi of 3” early next year. Summer gushed at that time that Jon is such a big kid at heart… so I can only imagine how much fun this little Pardi addition will be for him and our family.”
