Scotty McCreery posted plans for a busy week… The “Damn Strait” artist is gearing up to perform his last shows before taking leave to welcome his first child.

McCreery announced on his social media channels that these are the “last shows before I go on paternity leave!” In a clip set to his latest radio single, “It Matters To Her,” McCreery shared that he’s performing at the Mississippi State Fair on Thursday (October 13) in Jackson Mississippi; at the Florida Theatre on Friday (October 14) in Jacksonville, Florida; and at the House of Blues Myrtle Beach on Saturday (October 15) in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

McCreery and his wife, Gabi, tied the knot in 2018. They announced in June that they’re starting their family, expecting a “little man” by the end of the year. Over the summer, Gabi shared a few adorable photos from “the dreamiest baby shower for baby boy.” The Winnie the Pooh-themed celebration depicted the “McCreery’s Hundred Acre Wood,” and Gabi said she was “so so thankful for the sweetest family and friends, little Beignet and I felt all the love yesterday 💛 here’s to hoping he loves Pooh as much as I do 😋”

“We've gotten to live a lot of life and do some cool things, so seems like now's a good time to settle down a little and expand the family,” McCreery previously said. He also shared a countdown to the baby’s due date, approaching soon. See McCreery’s final show stops before welcoming the “little man" here:
