When Blake Shelton stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the show’s comedic host couldn’t help but joke around with the award-winning country artist. Throughout the interview, host Jimmy Fallon shared a few photos from Shelton’s recently-announced Land’s End collection previewed the upcoming season of The Voice, and spoke about Shelton’s latest single.

Shelton released “No Body” last month, a ‘90s country-inspired honky tonk anthem that’s perfect for line dancing in a pair of cowboy boots. As Shelton and Fallon emphasized that the title of the song is two words (rather than titled “Nobody”), Fallon quipped: “there’s no body… It’s about a murder.”

“The body wasn’t found,” Fallon hilariously continues with a shrug. “It’s like a Dateline type of a podcast song. No body was found. That’s fantastic. They don’t write songs like that anymore.”

Shelton simply redirected the conversation, pointing out that Fallon hadn’t “made fun of” his mullet yet. Shelton brought back the signature hairstyle for the release of “No Body,” and Fallon cracked jokes at a side-by-side comparison of Shelton’s “No Body” look and his mullet in 2005.

“This was actually one of our talking points, so I know what to say here,” Shelton said, breaking into laughter (and Fallon called him the “worst guest” to appear on the show). “When we recorded the song I thought that it sounded like ‘90s country music. …It reminds me of the songs that we used to hear back then on the radio.” (That prompted Fallon’s ‘90s country-inspired cover of Brooks & Dunn’s “Boot Scootin’ Boogie,” and led to the pair’s impromptu line dance). <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/B2TwRB1RPJI" title="YouTube video player" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe>:
