Lee Brice just set a new “challenge” for his social media followers, inspired by one of his latest singles. The “I Like Your Soul” challenge aims to spotlight loved ones in slides set to the country artist’s song. Brice shared a reel on Instagram to kick off the challenge, featuring heartwarming photos with his wife and kids: “Thank y'all for all the support you've shown "Soul" so far.. thought I would start an official #ILikeYourSoul Challenge! Can't wait to see y'alls videos.. be sure to tag me and I might even reshare some of ‘em ;)”
Brice released a music video for “Soul” earlier this year, proving that he knows how to throw a party. “Soul” is one of the tracks from Brice’s Hey World, along with three other No. 1 songs: “I Hope You’re Happy Now” feat. Carly Pearce, “One Of Them Girls,” and “Memory I Don’t Mess With.”
“We had a ball, with every aspect of this song,” Brice previously said in a statement. “Finding it, (thank you, JR), hearing it the first time, recording it, singing it, mixing it, shooting the video, all of it. I feel like Hey World is my most diverse and at the same time cohesive record I’ve ever made. We have fun songs to mix in with the heavier ones and I couldn’t be happier with how this track turned out. The idea that our souls truly connect to each other in unexplainable ways has always been at the core of what I do as a musician, a writer, a producer, and a singer….and I think it's a good reminder to keep with me every day. I hope everybody loves this song as much as I do.”
